Who we are

TradeCo Plumbing is a South Australian plumbing business built on integrity, reliability, and strong relationships. Founded by Mark Kuchel and led today by Trent and Luke Kuchel, we combine deep trade expertise with commercial and project management capability across residential, commercial, and government sectors.

Our team delivers the full plumbing lifecycle, from first fix installations and forensic diagnostics through to preventative maintenance and emergency response. We work with builders, developers, property managers, councils and homeowners, holding ourselves to the same high standard on every project, regardless of size.

Our History

45+ Years

Our team is backed by over 45+ years of construction industry experience and dedicated to providing the best quality of service and solutions. The TradeCo and Urathane Solutions group of companies was founded by Mark Kuchel (a general builder himself) who required specialist trades to remediate heritage buildings post underpinning.

Expanding

2024

TradeCo has since taken on its own life as an entire end to end trade service provider, from maintenance to new projects, residential, commercial and still operating in our roots of Heritage restoration. With over 18 vehicles on the road, a large group of skilled trades people and a back office to support them, TradeCo now has everything it needs to manage projects from small to large which extends to our TradeCo Plumbing division.
